Delivery & Shipping costs
The product bought in eKosmetik will be sent via mail (Spanish Post Service “Correos”, European Express Post Service “SEUR”, “UPS” or “DHL”) within 3-6 working days. Saturdays, Sundays, the public or local holidays do not take into account. If the Customer pays by bank transfer, the time limit shall run from the day when the receipt of transfer is confirmed. These deadlines may be extended due to stock problems on the factories and other problems that impede or extend time of delivery: weather conditions, increased workload periods (especially Christmas and Easter) or other reasons of force majeure (strikes, riots, etc.). eKosmetik is not responsible for delivery delays caused by troubles of Spanish or international post services. The Customer will be notified at the email address provided during registration about product sending day.
If the order has been placed but the product is not available in a stock that means delay sending more than 7 working days, eKosmetik notifies the Customer by email or other facility offering him to continue with the rest of the order or to cancel it. In case of cancellation of the order the amount paid will be returned to the Customer no later than 30 days from the receipt of the order.
Delivery cost is calculated based on the gross weight of the purchase and the weight of the package. Payment method and delivery costs are specified at the moment of order placing until the final confirmation.
In the ordering request the Customer must indicate delivery address: address, office, center, etc., as well as the number of identity card or passport (for Customs documents). The Customer can leave a comment for the shipping company, but the shipping company is not obliged to change the route or its work schedule. Also the shipping company is not obliged to notify the Customer by phone about delivery day. eKosmetik executes the orders based on data provided by the Customer and is not responsible for delivery failure due to unreliability, inaccuracy or incompleteness of such data. eKosmetik is not responsible for deliver failure due to lack of the Customer at the address provided. We send free samples with every order and free gifts with all larger orders.
Delivery costs run by the Customer. We offer a wide variety of shipping options to suit your budget and timeframe.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. To see the shipping rate for your order please first add the items to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
Expenses, management and other applications demanded by the customs authorities of destination provinces or countries shall be in charge and responsibility of the Customer.
eKosmetik is not responsible for the return of purchase due to customs procedures in each country. In case of return of purchase eKosmetik discounts delivery costs and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling, storage and quarantine fees) and refunds the price of the products to the Customer within a period not exceeding 30 days from receipt of order. If the cost to return the items exceed the cost of the products then eKosmetik will instruct the agents to destroy the package and no refund will be available. If your order or certain products are confiscated by customs due to the items being restricted then no refund will be available.
However, due to complex and ever changing customs policies we cannot guarantee the items you are ordering are permitted for import into your country. Therefore, it is important that you first become familiar with the customs laws in your country before placing an order with eKosmetik. Orders that are seized or delayed by customs are the responsibility of the customer and not eKosmetik.
Lost in transit orders
Some carriers and ship methods offer door to door tracking & insurance and some do not. Please read the ship method description carefully during checkout.
If the ship method description says “Insured”, you can be assured that your order will be refunded in full in the unlikely event that it gets lost.

Returns
Each delivery is considered completed from the package made available to the Customer by shipping company y materialized by the control system. The Customer should check the purchase at the moment of delivery and if necessary make a claim or even refuse to accept the purchase if it has been opened or have obvious signs of deterioration. If the purchase is damaged or incomplete, the Customer can return it and send us an email to , so we can do a new shipment.
There is a time limit set by the Law of 14 days from the delivery date to return the purchase, if it was damaged. The Customer should send an email to indicating his intention, the order number, the product and the reason for the return. It is very important to conserve the product packaging in perfect condition. The return can not take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly put to use, opened or unsealed. The products must imperatively be returned properly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the Customer). Can not be accepted any return if it is not possible to identify the sender (the order number, name, address, etc. ). The cost of return runs by the Customer. After receiving the return and verify the improper condition of the products, the Customer will be refunded the value of product, as well as delivery costs, or sent a new product (with his consent).
eKosmetik is not responsible for refunds relating to customs clearance in the country of receipt of the order, and will not reimburse the Customer the cost of delivery and returns.
In case of return of undamaged products not approached to the Customer, delivery costs are not refundable. The Customer will be responsible to return the products in their original form and condition, properly packed and with accompanying documents allow to identify the order.
The Customer will be notified at the email address provided during registration about reimbursement of amount paid for the purchase.
Please note that under current legislation the return of products of personal hygiene will not be accepted.
Packaging
Sometimes the packaging of the products shown on our website can be changed without notification. eKosmetik ensures that the Customer will receive exactly the products that paid, regardless of changes in the design in the selected weight / volume, and in some cases (campaigns and promotions for the manufacturer) in a higher weight / volume.
